Cancellation Policy
A friendly reminder of our salon policy: We kindly require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations (less that 24 hours) are subject to a 50% service fee, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service total to the card on file. Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes grace period may result in a shortened or canceled appointment to protect our schedule. We understand emergencies happen and may be reviewed at our discretion.
